Lead Times
Once the creation of the commissioned item has been decided on, it can take a minimum of 2 weeks to craft the bespoke item before it is posted, however this very much depends on the size and nature of the commission. Once the order has been placed, you will be kept updated on the progress.
During peak periods, e.g. leading up to Christmas, Mothers Day etc., the crafting and postage times may vary, however every effort is made to keep you updated.
Packaging & Delivery
In order to save you money and help the planet in a small way, you may find the packaging has been on a journey once or twice before, this contributes to keeping the costs down.
Every effort is made to ensure your item reaches you in perfect condition, however, in the unlikely event your item is damaged in any way, please contact me immediately or within 14 days.
Delivery Charges
UK Mainland Delivery:
Pricing for postage can be tricky and there is NO aim to make money on postage. Smaller items can be sent via Royal Mail, all other items are priced for postage according to the weight and will be sent via the cheapest option, either Royal Mail or courier. Please contact me if you are buying several items, to see if there is a cheaper postage option.
Stock items will be posted 1-3 days after the order has been received. See 'lead times' regarding commissioned items.
I am located in Derby, England. If you would like to personally collect your finished item, then please contact me to make arrangements.
International Delivery:
I am happy to post items internationally, please contact me before placing your order to obtain postal costs. Understandably, delivery duration times are at the mercy of the courier once the parcel has left the UK.
Any customs or import taxes will be the responsibility of the purchaser, however the package will be labelled as a 'Gift'.
