I have been to 4 workshops so far and really enjoy them. Everything is provided that you need to start your mosaic design. It’s fairly sociable, creative and relaxing and you come away with some nice mosaic pieces. Pat is on hand to help with anything. Look forward to the next one!

Really enjoyed a Mosaic workshop at Swarkestone Garden Centre

First saw Blue Jelly Moon’s beautiful creations at a craft fair at Denby Pottery fair before Christmas. I bought some Christmas decorations for my family made from a vintage shiny gold-coloured plate, and they were much admired.
I contacted Blue Jelly Moon about having some items made from cracked and damaged pieces of china that belonged to my grandparents, and am delighted with the name plaques for my daughter and nephew and the heart (for me!). They are really lovely and mean a lot to me????????.
Blue Jelly Moon provided a super service – friendly, efficient, helpful, and great value for individual and unique handmade artworks. Pat kindly picked up my broken china from a local address and promptly got to work on the designs and sent me photos as she worked so I could see how they were progressing. I’m really happy with the finished pieces, a really enjoyable creative experience thanks Blue Jelly Moon.

Absolutely beautiful hanging heart received today that I ordered for a friends birthday. The photographs do not do these beautiful pieces of art justice.

I have done 4 workshops now and enjoyed every single one of them, I have lots of lovely handmade mosaic decorations that I display at home. Pat is a great teacher very friendly and helpful and made me feel very welcome to the class. Highly Recommend to anyone who likes creating handmade beautiful items.

Really enjoyed last Thursday’s workshop. Very pleased with my coaster, will book into the June workshop! Hopefully, I can manage to complete a set of coasters!!!

Had a super morning learning mosaic art with Pat. Now I’m equipped to bring a broken sentimental plate back to life for a special anniversary!! Lovely group of people too, in a light and relaxing setting. Very therapeutic.

I enjoy trying different crafts and hadn’t tried mosaic before. I have now been to four workshops and made a variety of decorative items. Everything is provided and help is available. The workshops are informal and friendly and it is a very relaxing activity.

Absolutely love these pieces! Ingenious and made with much love and attention. Thoroughly enjoyed the workshop we did and hope to do one again in future. Fabulous gifts, I’m sure I’ll be buying more in future.

Had a lovely morning on Saturday with my mum making ceramic mosaics with Pat and Syl. My mum is 92, and they were lovely with her . She really enjoyed it. Great way to meet people and enjoy a morning of crafting.

Had a fabulous time. Pat is an excellent teacher and she offers lots of new skills and ideas for creative works. It is a perfect opportunity to meet new people and develop new friendships.
I have since created and added mosaic crafting to objects at home (coffee table/lazy Susan and table mats). I must send you some photos Pat. Well worthwhile and enjoyable workshop.

I have now been to 2 of Pat’s workshops and have discovered some craft abilities that I didn’t know I had!
It is a very sociable couple of hours and I would recommend giving it a try!

What a great course and great value for money. I was nervous about going to a course where I knew no-one, but I needn’t have been, Pat was so welcoming and friendly and I was soon absorbed picking and sticking and found the time just flew by! I will definitely book on again.

I had a great time learning to Mosaic, great for beginners like myself, I was made to feel really welcome and came away with a lovely Mosaic heart (if you are quick you can do two).
Added bonus Swarkstone nursery is good to look round and a nice cafe.

I did my first workshop last week and I highly recommend it. Very relaxed atmosphere, and you can work at your own speed.

I have attended a few of Pats workshops now. All have been friendly and welcoming. Pat gives lots if support and advice and you go home with a lovely hand made unique piece to treasure.
Would recommend the sessions to anyone whether your going with friends or on your own.
