GENERAL
All the items are handmade using recycled materials, the main one being broken china. Every care is taken during the crafting process to remove sharp edges, however please be careful when handling your item, as due to the nature of broken china, some exposed edges may remain. Mosaic items are for decorative purposes only and should be cleaned carefully with a dry, lint free cloth.
Mosaic items should not be handled by young children, due to exposed edges and the small embellishments used!
All sizes shown are approximate and every effort is made to be as accurate as possible in all of the descriptions.
Every effort is made to capture the true colours of each piece in the photographs, however local lighting, viewing devices and screen colour calibration may vary slightly from the original.
Commissioned items will only be crafted once full payment is received. A receipt of payment is taken as an agreement that you are happy with what has been decided during the consultation process and for the work to commence, as such the order cannot then be cancelled, adapted or refunded at this point.
Every effort is made to ensure your item reaches you in perfect condition, however, in the unlikely event your item is damaged in any way, please contact me immediately or within 14 days. Blue Jelly Moon will not take responsibility for items lost of damaged in transit.
If after contacting me, an agreement is made for you to return the item, Blue Jelly Moon can not be held responsible for that item being lost or damaged in transit. Please obtain proof of postage.
